Firearms
We offer one of the largest selections of firearms in Massachusetts. From target shooting to hunting to fine collectibles and antiques we cover it all. We are always on the look out for used guns from single purchases to entire collections, trade-ins are always welcome as well as outright purchase for cash. Our regular customers know to shop us often for you never know what rare firearm will come in the door next…..or how long it will last. We also sell New Hampshire Fish & Game licenses for your convenience.
New gun brands include: Browning, Remington, Winchester, Ruger, Smith & Wesson, Beretta and Sigarms. A full inventory of ammunition is maintained as well as safety and cleaning equipment, reloading supplies and holsters.
For transporting your guns, we offer you top-quality gun cases from Doskocil, range bags from Bagmaster, along with holsters from Don Hume and Bagmaster. To keep your guns from unwanted hands, we have a variety of economically-priced gun safes from Sentry.
Out of state firearms sales and transfers are available and the shop can even add you to the team by signing you up for an NRA (National Rifle Association) membership.
Fishing
We are a full service fishing tackle pro shop and are fishermen ourselves. We carry fresh and saltwater equipment as well as fly fishing gear. Brands include: Penn, Shimano, St Croix, Reddington, Cortland , Okuma. April through October we stock live bait for fresh water. Novice to seasoned anglers find what they need in our shop and if they don't we get it for them quick.
Camping
Our camping department can outfit you completely whether it is for a family drive to outing or a backpack or canoe trip. We carry backpacks, both internal and external frame, duffle bags in all sizes, sleeping bags for any weather conditions, foam pads and air mattresses, tents, stoves, freeze dried food and anything else you may need for that outdoor adventure. Featured brands include: Eureka, Rokk, Jandd Mountaineering, Outdoor Products, and Dakine. We also stock a complete binocular selection featuring Nikon and Pentax.
Canoes and Kayaks by Old Town
We have all the gear necessary to get you on the water safely and comfortably. From paddles to PFDs (Personal Flotation Devices) to dry bags to rain gear for the inclement New England weather, we can outfit you and get you on the water quickly. Whether you paddle to enjoy nature, spend time with your family, exercise, or go fishing, we have the paddling expertise to help you decide exactly what you need. The Old Town Canoe Company was incorporated in 1903 over 100 years ago just like Roach's Sporting Goods, which celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2004.
